THE KISS

The Kiss, Carrick's temporary diploma work. On the right a bronzed plaster, below the bronze garden sculpture.
Anne Scott told me that in later years her father increasingly strove to simplify line and form and The Kiss perhaps better expresses what he aimed for in his art rather than his diploma work Felicity.

Photographs supplied and reproduced by kind permission of John Scott
